The truest expression of our origin. This roast is designed to preserve and highlight the bright acidity and floral notes of the Zongolica bean, creating a complex and balanced cup.
Dark Roast
An intense and bold interpretation. We take the bean to a deep caramelization point that develops flavors of dark chocolate and nuts, with a robust body and very subtle acidity.
